Good Morning
I woke up an hr late this morning for my workout time but I went to my apt gym and got in 4 miles.. I had to move real fast to get ready for work but it was worth it! Tonight I might go to bootcamp to get a second workout in!
Jaded611 and I have a goal to be under 200 by Jan 31st and if we keep this up we will be!
