You have a big boom boom

I tried to write this on monday but it did not save!!!

Anyways this was said to me over the weekend by a 5 year old girl  that I was babysitting and guess what I have been motivated ever since :) …kids don’t lie at all :)

So this week has been productive and I am feeling good and shooting out nothing but positive vibes!!!

Monday: chest/triceps 20 min HIT run

Tues: legs then 10 min stair climber

Wed: spin class this morning and I will run 45 min tonight plus dancing tonight too :)

Thurs: back/biceps 30 min or 45 min HIT

Friday: long run

Sat: legs again then 30 or 45 min HIT

Sun: maybe rest day or maybe walk day… we shall see when we get there :)

 

Everyone please have a safe and happy thanksgiving.. still try to eat small portions but enjoy the food and family time :)

Feeling Good

About myself…. I finally see some changes in my body and in my endurance! I have a short term goal of running the 8 mile Turkey trot run on thanksgiving morning.. me and my mommy are going to try to knock it out the box yo’:)!!

This week I plan on kicking it up a couple of notches… I am going to try my 45 min run more than just one day… so maybe tonight and thurs plus a trial 8 mile run sat morning with my madre :) !

Well everyone lets have productive week and make good decisions with our eating and other life issues… peace!

Bootcamp

I have started taking a bootcamp class at Lafitness.. it is the best class at my gym!!! It is so good that the class starts out with 30 and ends with 15.. it is that tough… people expect it to be some rinky dink aerobics class.. no disrespect but those classes do nothing for me.. I barely break out in a sweat!!!  She has us in circuits with step ups/tricep dips then on to bicep curls/shoulder press then situps/pushups all stations we do for 2 min but first we run around the room before this…we do the circuit about 3 times then onto boxing and lastly we have sprints over and over and over again.. so not only is she kicking our arses we are bonding with each other and slapping sweaty hands :)

So I give mad props to the new bootcamp class at Lafitness.. I wish it was more than just one day a week!!!

In control

For the first time in ages I feel in control of my life!!! I am on a plan and it is taking action.. I look better and feel better inside and out!  I think I finally understand the whole eating 5 small meals.. I think I was eating 2 big meals and 3 small meals so  now I am spreading it out better.. so far so good but I will say I am just not as hungry as I use to be :)

Also I have kicked up the intensity with my cardio.. I know I look like a madwoman running on the treadmill and people probably wonder why I walk out of the gym crouched over like an old woman but I wake up the next day feeling 18 :)

 Big Ups to this website….I don’t think I would of ever pushed myself like this without bb.com and all of my new friends yall don’t realize how much you mean to me.. okay enough of the mush mush get to training and please eat clean today.. that is an order :) .

Good Morning!!! This was a productive weekend.. I stayed mostly clean.. had some beef on sunday but not too much :) !

I ended up not working out on friday… I had to go to my sister’s bday bowling event so I went home and slept!!!

Sat workout: 2 mile HIT on the treadmill and chest/triceps

Sunday workout: I ran on the treadmill for 45 min.. my goal was 4 miles but I got in 3.8 :(

Then I did some squats,leg curls,calve raises

This friday I will take pics.. my stomach is flatter my weight is up and down 1 to 2 lbs but I am getting better with my eating and workouts!!!

My workout plan this week

Monday: back/biceps then 30 min HIT run

Tues: legs( 6 reps on squats 4 reps on leg press,leg curl, leg extension)

Wed: bootcamp

Thurs: chest/tricep then 30 min HIT

Friday(Picture day): spin class or run

Sat: 45 min run(4 mile goal) and light leg workout

Sunday: rest day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is my week in review

Glad to see everyone is doing well.. I am enjoying my new meals and I brought my lunch everday this week to work with the exception of the business luncheon :) .. This is my week in review

Monday: morning 2 mile HIT evening legs
Tues: off
Wed: bootcamp
Thurs: 3 mile HIT and back/biceps
Friday: chest/triceps and 2 or 3 mile HIT
Sat: bootcamp or long run
Sunday: interval run

I am feeling positive about my body.. my clothes are fitting loose and I have more energy during the day!

So Over It

Eating bad and drinking bad that is :) !!  It is easier to get over the eating bad but the drinking part is my weekend weakness! I forgot that last month I went out for 3 weekends and had nothing at all and I was fine.. I am going back to this ASAP.. I have an election night watching party I will not have liquor/beer or wine!!!  Things I have noticed.. I am down 2lbs but my belly is flatter I am losing one of my stomaches!! So far the eating is cool.. I look forward to my meals

Yesterday:  2miles HIT on treadmill in the morning and legs at night

Meal 1:  protein shake

Meal 2: plain tuna and strawberries

Meal 3: ground turkey and brown rice with grilled asparagus

Meal 4: protein bar and pistachios

Meal 5: grilled salmon and salad with low fat all natural dressing

Today: tonight will be biceps and back.. not sure if I will have time for cardio

Meal 1: omelet… so yummy.. i believe in eating the whole egg.. sorry folks egg whites are good but I don’t eat a lot of eggs so the yolk won’t hurt :)

meal 2: plain tuna(getting use to the dryness) and 6 strawberries.. the juice helps get the tuna down

meal 3: grilled salmon, baked sweet potato and salad

meal 4: energy bar

meal 5: grilled chicken salad

P.S Shoutout to all my challenge buddies thanks for keeping me going and helping me stay focused!!

I was bad

So bad.. I guess I had a cheat day on sat… well not I guess I did :( … why am I so special.. it started with sake and ended with vodka club soda’s….does this count as clean :) and since I have been so good the alcohol affected the body.. I am no longer a superhero today.. I am hung over and I regret it so much.. sorry my challenge buddies I did not make it but I am on the wagon and I commit to not cheating anymore!!!! Now to the good news… I am down 2lbs on the scale and I feel great!!!! I am going to go workout superhard to offset the liquor and I will drink water like a fish today. So for all of you on the challenge keep it moving and I am proud of yall!!
