Well I am finally motivated again.. thanks to Waynesworld and the two chicas locas that I talk to everyday(Jaded611 and Thisisme)!!!! Last night I did a killer leg workout.. I am really starting to love(sike) walking lunges and step ups.. but they really do a body good. Tonight is spin class with Godiva at 24hr fit.. I got to get a few more with her before my membership ends!!
Meal 1: Meal replacement shake
Meal 2: oatmeal
Meal 3: baked chicken with salad(lettuce,tomatoes,avocado,red onion) with low fat paul newman’s honey mustard.. they best ever!! Also a baked sweet potato
Meal 4: protein bar and apple
Meal 5: protein shake
Meal 6: small serving of ground beef and some time of veggie..not sure yet probably okra.. back to craving that everyday!!!

So I am at day 2 and it was a challenge but I deflected the lickees and chewies like a superhero! We had a morning/afternoon meeting and of course they feed us because we had to eat thru the meeting… so they had hamburgers, wraps,chips and all the cookies to feed a third world country! I ended up eating a wrap one half grilled chicken one half turkey,ham and instead of getting tempted by cookies I went to get my zone protein bar just in case!!!
Meal 1: protein shake

Meal 3: wrap
Meal 4: protein bar
Meal 5:protein shake
Meal 6: baked chicken and okra
Tonight is legs with a tread20 workout called the challenger…hehehehe just realized that is the similar to my blog title

Today is Day 1 of my new plan of action to get ready for the summer/life.. thanks to Waynesworld for making me step my game up!!! I am going to commit myself daily to eating clean and working out!
Meals today
Protein shake
oatmeal
grilled chicken salad all veggies no cheese and lowfat dressing
apple and protein bar
protein shake
baked chicken and veggies
1 gallon of water today!!

Hey bb.com peeps.. I have been missing in action for a few weeks.. work is tough and I have been traveling a lot! I am still on my plan to look great by the summer.. I have made major changes but I am still behind plan.. I need a extra kick… any suggestions? My weight is still the lowest it has been in 2 years and my clothes are falling off me so I am pleased with that.. I just feel like I should be way smaller..
Right now I am concentrating on doing interval training on the treadmill and getting in 2 leg workouts a week(my super problem area) then upper body 2 times a week.. one day of long cardio on mondays…

200lbs!!!!
I did not want to write a blog until this happened!!!I feel really good about my workout program…. I have cut back on doing too much cardio and my weight program is getting more structured! I have also noticed changes in my body and I am getting compliments daily which is really encourging me to keep working harder and motivating everyone around me that has the same goals!

So this year has not gone as expected with everything but today I pledge to myself to get back on the saddle. I finally have my energy and I don’t feel sick at all so I am happy about that. Today I will finally workout.. it might be super hard and tough but I will push thru it no matter what!
The Jamaica trip was booked last week the dates are July 19 to July 26 I have 5 months 3 days to get on point to look decent in a bikini! I have time but not a lot of time so I have to start today!!!

This new challenge will be called 28 Days of Eating Clean and for those that did the abs challenge.. this will be a bit stricter.
Our goal is not to have a cheat day..meal.. or even snack.. once you do either you start the 28 days over on your own or just drop out the challenge.. yes this is harsh but abusing our bodies is too
By now I hope yall know what eating clean means
.. if not go to the article section of bodybuilding.com and search clean eating.
The only flexible part of this challenge is to decide what day you will start either Feb 1 to Feb 28 or Feb 2 to March 1.. the reason for this is superbowl is Feb 1!!
Now to the exercise part… I want to keep the spirit of the "Abs Challenge" and do 3 times a week cardio and 3 times a week weights. The cardio should be 30 min or more and the amount of days is up to you but you have to get in the workouts.
So who wants to join me… don’t be scurred
P.S Yes I know Valentine’s day falls in this time frame.. you can still have a nice clean dinner just no alcohol and save those chocolates for March 1 or 2

Have any of yall heard of this show? At first I was like I love this show.. what a good idea of having friends get together and lose weight together.. now I am feeling like hmmmm …..not so much
Last night’s episode really bothered me.. before I go any further let me explain the show.. 5 friends want to lose 30lbs before another friends wedding.. they are all different sizes too and they want to do this in 90 days. Well first I kind of wish they would base it on percentage because one chick is 292 and another is 210… so maybe they should of said we want to lose 10% of our weight in 90 days.. but whatever that’s just my opinion.
That is not my main issue with the show.. last night all of the girls were craving bread.. snacks.. but they could not have them and all I could think about was that is why they won’t be successful 1 year down the way because of the whole diet mentality! I started looking at myself and realized I was the same as those girls and look at how many years I have been battling my weight… this is the first time I am truly looking at this as a lifestyle… if I was those girls I would of had the cheat meal and woke up the next morning kicking ass in the gym! This would eliminate my worrying about food and feeling guilty if I ate something bad! So this year folks please take those cheat meals if you really want something.. not everyday we all know when you really want something please eat it!!! I think if you let it sit on your mind that is worse than having the extra 500 calories on one day that you will be able to burn off and keep off instead of saying I am on a "diet" then months later getting of the "diet" and eating an extra 500 cals everyday and having to start back over plus 20lbs!

I woke up an hr late this morning for my workout time but I went to my apt gym and got in 4 miles.. I had to move real fast to get ready for work but it was worth it! Tonight I might go to bootcamp to get a second workout in!
Jaded611 and I have a goal to be under 200 by Jan 31st and if we keep this up we will be!

I guess everyone has their New Year’s Resolutions set
… let’s see how the gym looks in Feb! I am so glad I started my new year’s resolution back in Aug it has given me time find out what works and what doesn’t. Also my motivation is already there so that is usually the first roadblock to living a better life. So bb.com peeps.. we should be so proud of ourselves for already starting the year in a different place.
This morning I did legs.. I wanted to last night but I ran yesterday morning so I did not want to overdo it
! I am finally able to do squats really low.. OMG my legs were killing me.. it will be interesting to see how they feel tomorrow but no pain no gain right??
I am going to commit to morning workouts, I burn more fat and I get the workout done!
