It is interesting how difficult it is as a trainer to fit in my own personal training. Up at 5am to head to work and then family responsibilities upon getting home at 3 make it difficult. Evening are at times possible but I am wiped out by then and ready for bed. Oh well, right now wouldn’t have it any other way. I cannot really complain about my job at this point. At least I have one! Many aren’t so fortunate.

Spot on 168 this morning when I weighed in so I am pleased with my progress. Now I am setting another 3 pounds as my target by the end of this month. Also I want to continue to drop body fat which this morning was at 15.7%. Again, pleased with that result since it was measuring around 18% 30 days ago.
Longterm goal is to be at 10% body fat with good muscular definition.
All my weight work continues to steadily climb. The Animal Pack supplements really seem to be doing the job and I have just finished my first cycle. I will be interested to see what happens as the second cycle starts next week.
Still need to incorporate more cardio but it is tough with my refereeing schedule. I have almost 70 games to do this month!

Weighed today and I am dead on 170! Shooting for 168 so I am confident I will get there without to much problem. I have really been watching what I eat. Hasn’t been completely clean but so much better than what I use to do consistently.
Animal packs have really been as advertised as they have allowed me to go hard all the time. Very pleased with their product.
Still need to ramp up my cardio. At times it is difficult as I officiate basketball so I get a lot of running in that way. I in no way count it as my cardio but it certainly does put some pounding on my body as I do at least 10 games a week. Notice it alot in my plantar tendon so I have to be sure I don’t go overboard. I prefer to run for my cardio but I have been using the bike as well. That looks more and more like the direction I need to go!
Great week of working out!

Just got in my shipment of Animal products! Have heard great things about how well they work. Can’t wait to find out!
Just about a 3.5 lbs away from my goal of 168! 20 days left as of today to get it done. Very confident I will get there as soon as I ramp up my cardio!
Hamstrings very sore today from Friday’s workout. Without a doubt it is the deadlift movement that brought it on. I am so unflexible in my hamstrings, need to work on that as well!

Not able to do anything today. Woke up with a pounding headache and sick to my stomach. Left work early and came home and slept from 8 until about 2, got up for a few minutes to get some water and then back to bed around 3 and woke at 5 feeling better. Appetite has returned but I am disappointed that I didn’t get any work out in today but there is now way I could have done anything. Will be back at it tomorrow!

Nice quick 1.6 in about 11 1/2 min. Not where I want to be but I will take it. Didn’t have time to make it to the gym but I plan on getting my weight work in today as well as some hills and bleachers for cardio. Have to be at 168 by the end of this month or I will be very disappointed!

Wow, somedays just don’t go your way. Todays run felt more like 15 though it was short. Change in temp has something to do with it as I know my body does need a bit of adjustment period to running when temps are in the 80’s. Good news is that it is a new day tomorrow!
