Birthday
Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009Today is my birthday so it’s a given that I’mma be breaking my diet in major form. I’ll be back on the str8 and narrow come thursday oh well. I’m looking to cut down by June 18th. I’ve put on alot of mass this cycle, I’m hoping most of it was muscle. Anyway off to the gym for me I’m gonna try to do 20 minutes of str8 cardio at the end, we will see. Today is bi/trap/calf/abs day.
