Today is my birthday so it’s a given that I’mma be breaking my diet in major form. I’ll be back on the str8 and narrow come thursday oh well. I’m looking to cut down by June 18th. I’ve put on alot of mass this cycle, I’m hoping most of it was muscle. Anyway off to the gym for me I’m gonna try to do 20 minutes of str8 cardio at the end, we will see. Today is bi/trap/calf/abs day.

Today is my first blog day, so we will see how this goes. I did upper body today (chest, tri’s), I hurt right now, well in a good way, not in a "I pulled something" type of way. My trainer is secretively trying to kill me I’m convinced oh well, as long as I keep getting through his workouts I guess he will stay unsuccessful in his plot. Did 15 minutes on the stairmaster today too, dang that thing makes you sweat, I don’t see how women do it for so long. Okay that’s all for today.
