For those gym rats. I can’t stress this enough that it is imperative that you maintain proper form when doing your reps. I see a lot of people in the gym doing heavy weights and very few reps with those heavy weights and there skinny as bones. If that’s what your goal is to get super lean then yes go for that, but just a reminder that lifting heavy heavy weights you can also cause injury to yourself. If you want to add muscle and also tone and shape your body, then moderate weights and high reps will build you muscle as well as tone your body.
