Cutting Diet
Tuesday, December 25th, 2007Merry Christmas. Today I decided to start my cutting diet. I read through Layne’s article on contest prep and decided I can do this. I am at 212 and body fat is somewhere between 13 and 17 % depending on how you measure it. I need to get down to about 190 while maintaining muscle mass to get my BF % to about 5. I want to lose about 1.2 Lb per week of fat and I calculated my dalily MR at 3000 Kcal. I am going to shoot for 2200 to 2400 Kcal a day with 280 - 300 g protein, 150-200 g carbs and 50-70 g fats. I am going to workout pretty much every day but take days off as needed. I will do cardio 3 times a week for 30 mins a session and also do abs with cardio. I am currently taking Lipo 6 and Halo-tren 400 along with Explosive Growth Blend, Isopure Protein Shakes and NO-xplode preworkout. This is going to be a long cutting period and I expect it will take me at least 4 months. Wish me luck!
