Halo-Tren 400

This is my third day using Halo-Tren 400  I am going to use it for a month and post here my thoughts and progress.  The rest of my supplements, diet and training will stay about the same during this period.  I weighed 209 when I started on Dec 20th and today I weighed 212 and my body fat scale says I am down 1.3% body fat.   This is probably because I recently came off a few days of very low carbs and this weight gain may be glycogen and water retention.  In any event I dont have any adverse side effects — ie no change in mood, libido, acne etc.   My energy levels are about the same — maybe up a little bit.  As far as tangible changes go I did my chest routine today with my last chest routine done 5 days ago.  Last time I was able to flat bench 4 sets of 240 for 4 reps.  Today I did 4 sets of 240 for 5 reps and a 5th set of 240 for 4 reps.  I also felt stronger on the rest of my routine and I had a good energy level.  Without a doubt I am stronger but again at this point I suspect it has more to do with diet than Tren.  Tomorrow is my back routine so that should be interesting so until then "I’ll be back!"

My back routine went well today. I was able to do 5 sets of wide grip chins ups with body weight that went something like: 10 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps X 3. I started using straps for my dumbell rows so I was able to use 115 Lb dumbells for 4 sets of 10 reps. Overall I felt pretty strong but in general I am not very happy with my back routine since I never seem to really feel my back growing. I need to figure out a way to hit it better — maybe heavier weights is the key. This is day 4 of Halo-tren and the weight scale and body fat % is same as yesterday. Tomorrow is arms day! I think I am going to try and ad a 1/2 inch to my forearms over the next couple of months.

Today I did arms. I felt stronger today so I increased my ez bar curls by 5 Lbs. I am noticing much more definition in my upper body and arms today when I was working out. I am starting to wonder if this Halo-Tren 400 is really working. My body weight is at 212 again this morning and the body fat % didnt change from yesterday. I read through Layne’s contest prep article and it seems to make alot of sense — I guess I need to start get serious with my diet if I ever want to get to 5% body fat!

The following was posted a couple of days ago on the forums but I wanted it to be here as well:

    Day # 8 Update

    ——————————————————————————–

Ok so I have been taking Halo-Tren 400 twice a day for 8 days now. I want to give everyone an update on how I am doing.

First off my weight is at 207.8 this morning which is actually lower than where I started at 209 eight days ago because on Christmas day I began my cutting diet. I am eating 2200 Kcal a day with 300 g protein and 150 g carbs. The fact that I am cutting will effect my strength so keep that in mind.

I noticed that I am a bit stronger on all my lifts since I started the Halo-tren - we are talking about an extra 5 or 10 lbs for exercises like bar curls etc - nothing drastic. Today I did my second chest routine while on Halo-Tren 400 and my strength is about the same as my last workout so if there have been any strength gains they are small.

On a positive note I am noticing alot more vascularity and alot more definition - but again I am cutting so is this just the diet? I believe the Halo-Tren 400 is helping me here because I havent looked this good at this body weight before.

No side effects to complain of other than I seem more irritable than normal - like today i told some guys to stop dropping the weights in the gym lol. I do notice that for about a half hour after I take the supplement I have a tingling sensation and flushing to my skin. I am not concerned but it has happened several times so I thought it was worth mentioning.

So far I am happy but I need more time to tell if this stuff is worth it.

    To recap so far:

    1. Slight increase in strength first few days that have since leveled off.
    2. More vascularity and definition — I think this is more than just diet.
    3. I am tending to get irritable and I get a slight tingling to skin after taking.

I am optimistic that this supplement will make a difference for me — I will post again in a week.

I am sorry I didnt post earlier - but I finally got around to wrapping up this thread after 30 days use.

I believe this product worked for me. I noticed strength gains on it despite the fact that I was cutting quite a bit during the second two weeks. The gain in strength was small but noticeable - I could do an extra 3 or 4 reps on most of my strength exercises like bench press at 2 weeks but these gains levelled out and I didnt notice any more strength gains during the last 2 weeks.

My muscles felt more full and dense while on this and my energy was better as well. Libido was great while taking it and after I got off the libido has dropped a little bit the first week or so but no complaints on the home front.

No side effects to complain about.

I would recomend this product but don’t expect miracles. You will feel good while using it and you will make some small strength gains and your muscles will feel harder and more defined.

    I hope this helps.

    Allen
