December Training
I hit the gym at 0730 this morning and did a brief 1/2 hour workout since i had to be in the ER at 0830 for my shift today. The usual gym rats were there. I did my leg routine today with squats, leg curls, leg extensions and calf raises. I am trying to go lower on my squats so I stayed at 225 for 10 reps — i could have gone to 275 or even 315 but I want to maintain good form and a decent pump — the other day i saw a guy with small legs doing shitty squats with 4 plates on each side — he barely bent his knees! I dont want to workout like that — for some its all ego but for me I am looking for results and believe me my legs felt like they were going to explode. I need to be careful b/c my legs will get huge and out of proportion to the rest of my body — I guess I am lucky there since working legs suck the life out of me. Some 16 year old girl told my son I have huge legs the other day in the gym — I’ll take the compliments wherever I can get them! I will post some new pics next week. For now I need to start saving lives!

Well I just ordered Halo-Tren 400 and I am going to give it a try for 4 weeks. I also ordered Extreme Power Cycle and E-Bomb 2 which the company recomends we take for 4 weeks following the Tren. If any one else has tried this I’d like to hear from them. I am considering taking Milk Thistle as well during the 4 weeks of Tren but I haven’t ordered it as of yet. I am working today and am taking a break from the gym. Tomorrow I need to work again but will get my chest routine in tomorrow morning before work.

I’m back at work again! I worked out my chest this morning at 7 for an hour. I am using the 5X5 program for bench press — I go for 5 sets of 5 reps and when I can do all 5 sets with 5 reps I will increase my bench next week by 5 lbs. Today I did 240 for 4 sets of 4 — i could have done mnore but i didn’t have a spot. I then did flat flyes, incline bench machine, incline flyes, decline bench machine and then 4 sets of cable crossovers to finish up. My weight hasd been staying between 210 and 211 but I seem to be getting more defined — I think this may be because I have really been increasing my water intake. Tonight I will stop back at the gym on the way home for a 30 minute run and some abs work. Back to saviung lives!

Today I did my back routine before work and then hit abs. I havent been able to do cardio for a few days but I will be sure to get it in tomorrow. I am down to 209 this morning and the wide grips chins seem to be getting easier. Still waiting for the Halo Tren 400 to get here — i will be sure to post how it affects me if at all. I think I will slip in a few lat exercises later in the week to get some extra work — I seem to have alot of trouble really feeling my back during workouts and my biceps always get really pumped — maybe I need to start using straps to help isolate the back muscles? Oh well I am back in the ER again — on the upside I have 7 days off starting tomorrow.

I am off until after Christmas! I did arms today and a few wide grip pulldowns ti hitmy lats a bit. I was low on energy b/c of my diet but I am losing weight — down to 207 this morning — hopefully not losing muscle. My strength is still good and I posted some new pics taken today when I got home - i think I am getting more defined and my wife said my pants are getting baggy which is a good thing I guess? Still waiting for my Halo Tren to arrive — hopsefully tomorrow. We are going to a "little black dress party" tonight with some of the nurses from work — it should be good! I am gonna try not to drink too much b/c it really messes up my workouts. See ya tomorrow.

Well I had a few more beers last night then I wanted to but it was all good — no hangover this morning thank God! Did my shoulders routine — felt a little week so I went for 12 reps instead of the usual 10 and kept things lighter — starting to show alot of definition in my shoulders - now only if I can shed some more fat from my waist! I guess its coming off but its sooo damn slow. I keep reminding myself I am in this for the long haul and I didnt put it on overnight so it any gonna go away too easily. I am focused and I know I am going to get to my goal itas just a matter of time. Well off to do some Xmas shopping!

My Halo-Tren 400 arrived today! I will post some comments on whther I think it works or not so stay tuned…
