I’m back During my travel I didn’t make a lot of exercises :S but now I can continue my training and I looking to return in dance or gymnastic school.

Hi Sue,
Great work, you are so cute! My girlfriend is about your size and also really petite and I have been trying to get her to lift heavier and be stronger. I am using your photos and blogs as an example that being strong just makes you hotter. Do you really leg press 270? Do you do even more now? It would be great if you could post some photos of you lifting heavy. Thanks!

Thank sweetie for the comment and the compliments. You can also mention to your girlfriend that the training can help her to have a better self-esteem and have the shape that she wants or dreams about. So that the part of the reason why I’ felling better with myself. ‘’Do you really leg press 270?'’ Yes I do. I can lift heavier, It’s depend wich legpress I use. As an exemple, a legpress 35°, we need more strength than a legpress 45°, but the effort is the same. What’s is your training? Do you training ? Have you a bodyspace ? Talk to you later
