New Year
Well, the end of last year I gained a few too many pounds, but the good thing is I nipped it just in time. I got to my all-time low (since being an adult) of 136.4 in August, and then back to 155 just a week ago. Instead of waiting for "new years" to make my resolution, I went ahead and resolved to change things again BEFORE New Years. Now, I’m already down 4 lbs, and this time I want to follow through to the end. I plan to get abdominoplasty this year and I don’t want to go get the surgery UNTIL I’m at a happy weight. After the surgery, I won’t be able to work out right away, so I don’t want to chance gaining too much weight, and then feeling like crap. So….that’s my plan, I’m back on the site after too long of an absence, but I know that this time I will be able to do it.
