Well, the end of last year I gained a few too many pounds, but the good thing is I nipped it just in time. I got to my all-time low (since being an adult) of 136.4 in August, and then back to 155 just a week ago. Instead of waiting for "new years" to make my resolution, I went ahead and resolved to change things again BEFORE New Years. Now, I’m already down 4 lbs, and this time I want to follow through to the end. I plan to get abdominoplasty this year and I don’t want to go get the surgery UNTIL I’m at a happy weight. After the surgery, I won’t be able to work out right away, so I don’t want to chance gaining too much weight, and then feeling like crap. So….that’s my plan, I’m back on the site after too long of an absence, but I know that this time I will be able to do it.

Hi everyone. I know I don’t really blog on here, but I wanted to say I wore a skirt! That’s huge in the land of Ashley. (drunk Ashley, as would be the case as of right now.) I have barely over 5 weeks to reach my b-day goal of wearing a mini-skirt, and since I’m already practically there, my goal is to lose 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks. I know I haven’t been on in the last couple weeks, but that’s only because I was enclosed in a place where I couln’t log onto the internet as easily and stuff. Okay, I need o stop writing, while I haven’t made a complete fool of myself. Ooops, now i"m in italics. oh, well, love ya’ll! Ash

Just wanted to throw this out there. It’s harder for me to blog on here because I have a blog that I’ve done longer (since last Oct.) that has seen my ups and downs, highs and lows. If anyone gets bored and feels like reading some tidbits I figured I’d post the address here.

Tomorrow is my next weekly Progress pic/measurement day. Used to be on Mondays until I accidentally skipped a Monday and then it became on Thursdays because thats the day I got back to it. Anyway…I haven’t lost any weight (i don’t think) in the last week, but hopefully my progress shows SOME kind of progress. Even just 1/2 an inch here or there or something maybe. I want to set a goal for myself and throw it in this blog. Right now I’m about 155 lbs. I’d like to be 145 lbs by July 4th. That’s in EXACTLY 5 weeks from today (and I had a KILLER workout today!)…so hoping to lose 2 lbs a week isn’t crazy. Anyway…I’ll check back in…so wish me luck!

well. the weight isn’t coming off very fast…but you know what? it’s my own fault. I’ll do 100% perfect as far as eating and working out Monday thru Friday and then on the weekend, something happens. I lose track of my goals and ambitions and then I have to spend the whole next week undoing all the calories I consummed. I would LOVE any advice or anything anyone would be willing to throw at me for how to get through the weekend and be strong. Because, once I do that…I will be unstoppable.

So, one of my BIG goals (way…way…down the line) is to be able to wear a mini-skirt on my Birthday. I’d love to dress all skanky and fun and show off all the hard work and dedication I’d of put into my body at that point. I want lean, muscular legs, and I want to SHOW them off!! lol
My b-day is Aug. 6, and that just so happens to fall on a Monday this year. Well, since I ALWAYS do my progress pics and everything on Monday nights right before I go to bed, *hopefully* that night (or even before then! lol) I can have my pic in a cute little tiny skirt showing off my gams.

So, here I go, on my brand new journey to become a super-fit ultra sexy woman. I expect it to take time, and I expect to work incredibly hard to get the results I’m after. I’m not about quick fixes. I don’t expect to look wonderful tomorrow or next week. But hopefully by the end of summer I’ll start noticing some differences….
