Day 6!!!!
Im starting off today really good, yesterday I had a really good upper body workout and I was so hyper. So around 10:30 I had a lil dance session before bed. I worked on some of my strength moves (1 arm push up, handstand, etc). I did my measurements and everything this morning and I’ve lost inches but now weight but Im still happy with that. So the game plan today is to do my bootcamp workout and pack my food for the weekend. I think my problem is that when Im hanging out on the weekends. I forget to eat 5-6 meals a day so I think it kinda kills my metabolism. Oh yeah thanks to everyone that critiqued my youtube video I had fun making it.
