need some help!
Sunday, March 30th, 2008I know quite a bit about lifting and weight training luckily but when it comes to diet and supplements I’m def a beginner. So that’s where i need some help. Im looking to reduce my bf% and build a lot of muscle at the same time. I would LOVE to be able to compete by this time next year. So what should my every day diet be like? I have a basic idea when it comes to protein and complex carbs and good fats but kinda need some suggestions on exactly what foods are good and what foods are bad. Also what supplements should i be taking? I do a whey protein shake before and after I work out but i want to see more results?
