what a relief!
so i now can say I completely understand the term of "runners high"! i use to hate cardio with a passion because i had deathly sports induced asthma and i couldn’t run far or fast and it pissed me off because i’m so competitive! well i have had the WORST day ever well not ever but pretty close! it was one of those days you just want to bang your head into the wall a few times lol! well i decided to try some HIIT and was amazed at how good i was! i did it for a whole 30 min and then continued to walk on an incline of 6 for 15 min! i am honestly proud of myself for the first time in a long time!!

Congrats on the great achievement! I know how you feel, Asthma can be such a pain but you will learn to train with it and eventually you will find that it doesn’t bother you as much anymore. Good Luck with training, remember that your body is an amazing machine and it will always surprise you if you work it hard enough.
