So lately it seems that i have been gaining strength almost EVERY week!!!! Its amazing!!! i recently squatted 165lbs for 8 reps and the 2nd sets were with 155lbs for 10!!!!!! My leg presses went up also to 435lbs, prob even more if i counted the weight of the machine!!!! So i’m going on the univ of del’sĀ nutrition program study abroadĀ to hawaii on jan 4th for 1 month! I’m really excited about it, but i’m kinda worried about loosing some strength! Not so much gaining weight because i’m bringing tons of protein powder and creatine. Our agenda is tightly packed almost every day, so i’m hoping i can get over to some local gyms in the area while i’m there! ITS KINDA FREAKING ME OUT! I DONT WANNA LOOSE THIS STRENGTH!!! ANYONE HAVE SOME GOOD TIPS?
