If anyone noticed or cares, I removed most of my pics. This has nothing to do with my personal website. Those people involved with that are currently sweating. I took down the Bodyspace pics due to my profile pics being taken down recently. One really ticked me off because it was completley in the guidelines (side pic, wearing tan bikini). One person complains, they yank it. Well guese what? I posted my first pic in middle of 11-07, and I currently have had almost 100,000 views. Do you think BS cares how many people view us? Damn right they do, they would not have a top six if it was not important to ‘hook’ people. I am one of the few that actually compete AND have kids. So If you have a negative comment about me and my pics that were posted, shove it up your —! I am proud of my accomplishments and am not afraid to show it.
However, to the thousands that have left comments and 1500 friends, thank you very much for the support. I have tried to respond to everyone everytime. Before I completely leave, I will post another blog or something.

I used to not like working out on the weekend, but now I actually prefer it. Our gym as been very crowded lately, especially on the week days. I dont even consider going on Monday or Tuesdays. Waste of time. Thursday is ok, then Friday thru Sun is the best. I dont know what happened, but it seems that a lot of people are joining the gym this year. I know they will be gone shortly! I used to to be one who would go a lot and then go none. The gym loved me. Take my money for nothing. But not now, I am definately making up for those wasted $’s in the past!

I have just started back to my normal schedule at work, so hopefully no more 60+ hour weeks. I am sorry for no getting back to everyone in a more timely fashion. I will be putting up more pics and responding better!

I have been working 60 hours a week for the since the new year and it makes it very difficult to stay motivated for the the gym. I started going two times in the morning before work during the week and it seems to have helped. I am not much of a early morning person so it is not great. This also leaves me with time with more time with my kids. I still go twice on the weekend. So if I have been late on responding to messages or comments, this is the reason.

I was at the gym today and witnesed one of my pet-peeves: Using more than one piece of equipment at a time! This person was using the cable flys, then slowly walking to a flat bench then eventually doing DB presses. You say whats wrong with that? Well while the person was contemplating the next set of DB presses, a lady started to change one of the cables. The person lept up with great energy and shot across the floor to stop her. The person told her that those were being used and needed several more sets. Do you think this is your personal gym? It is a Gold’s dumbass! It is crowded! You are technically using three things at once! When someone has told me this in the past at the cables I tell them politely that as soon as I am done using them they can come back, but pick one or the other people! Will it kill you to do ALL of one exercise and then move to another? If it will kill you, go to the gym during non-peak hours and quit hoarding the equipment!

Better enjoy the gym while you can, the new year is right around the corner. I try to skip Mondays and Tuesdays. This is due to every chest exercise being taken on Mondays and every arm exercise taken on Tuesday. Then after a few weeks, like magic, less people will be there. Of course the gym owner is ecstatic, people join, pay every month, never show up! Well, I get my money’s worth from our gym. It is too bad people don’t follow through and I am sure they had good intentions. I have been there before and did the same thing. Until one day I realized I was just pissing away money every month! So get ready for the crowds and pick your times wisely!

If you want to hear REAL country music, check out the genre they call Texas music. That stuff on the radio is pop/elevator music, not country. Dont get me wrong, I love rock music and even good hip/hop, but if I am relaxig, Texas music is the best. So what the hell am I talking about? Well look up some of the artist: Kevin Fowler, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Cross Canadien Ragweed (Ragweed), Pat Green, Robert Earl Keen. I could list plenty more. The best part about this music is you can see them in small places and really get to see talent. These are very succesfull bands because it is huge in the Texas area. So check out some of these bands, but if it is too tramatic, go back to Rascal Flatts!

Our neighbor planted winter wheat on about 35 acres of our property a couple weeks ago. We only are doing it in order to keep our ag exemption. Well we get 1/3 of the hay from this crop, and just realized how much it will make. Our part could be around 500 bales! That is way more hay than we thought. And someone has to get it out of the fields, which means us! I think I may be getting some good workouts soon, so ill keep you posted!

Well I have, on my own property! We have numerous wild animals roaming our place, but coyotes make up the largest group. There are wild pigs, deer, turkey, lots of flying birds, and one cougar. I first ran over a coyote 5 months ago and thought it was a rare occurance. But Sunday on the way to the gym, another one ran across in front of us and we barely missed it! It was chasing a rabbit, but almost caught our front tire! We got two dogs a few months ago because we were tired of the coyotes howling at our windows at night and the cougar going through our trash. The dogs are big, great dane and german sheppard, and the problems went away! But who would have thought it was that easy to run over a coyote!

I was excited to see the new workout tracker. However, after entering only two workouts, I am not so excited about it. It is a great idea, but I realized it was not for me. I stick with the basic exercises which I rotate in and out. I try to do only three exercise per body part, so not a lot to keep up with! So in other words it is easier for me to keep up with what I am doing in my head and the mirror! Thus the reason for only 2 workouts being posted.
