Someone wrote me asking about a fat burner product I have listed on my page.. well i started writing back giving him my experience with it and I had an aha moment … Stevep78 you are 100x better than any fat burner .. I am eating more .. working out less and dropping weight .. and I know it is bodyfat not muscle .. I have utmost respect for the guy .. he obviously loves what he does and is great at it … check out his website and go for it .. the best investment you will make in my opinion gotta say thanks to steve and bb.com

Hurt my rotator cuff (rip) and bicep and per docs orders and the pain was out of the gym for about five weeks .. now i am scheduled to have surgery the end of April and will again be out of the gym for 4 weeks or so .. hmmm use it or lose it ??? i am hoping not to lose too much muscle during this time .. I have stopped taking all sups prior to surg. The shoulder is still giving me some pain but i have decided to pick up the weights and get as much workout time in before i am out again. I am still going to compete this year if it is December 31st then ok lol .. i am back to my obvious set point of 133-134 but i remember when my set point was 145 and i thought it would never change .. so i know never really does not exist .. it can be done .. today was 30 mins of cardio and chest (getting a little bit of shoulder involvement to test the water) Five exercises of 5-6 sets 10-30 reps .. pyramid up .. yep i was smoked at the end .. hoping when i wake up tomorrow my shoulder is behaving
and did abs at the end .. six meals today three shakes /***e 0 percent yogurt with blueberries / and turkey breast patty with yams / egg whites with spinach and peppers

Back home after going to the Olympia for the first time. It was a such a good experience that I am sure I will go again next year. The hotel was not bad at all ..not the best but not the worst either.. nice and clean that is the most important …and very convenient to get to the convention center and to the olympia shows at night. The convention center was packed but not impossible to move around. Seeing the competitors up close is great especially since at night if you dont have the greatest seats you have a real image in your mind of the athletes. The olympia is not for people who workout but for fans of the athletes.. you will see young and old, all races, all ranges of fitness or not.. but you can see the love of the sport and the athlete in the look in their eyes and talking to them. This after all is the super bowl of bodybuilding and the fans love to be there. You will not get a chance yourself at a superbowl to shake hands or meet in person or ask question of the superbowl athletes but at the Mr O you do.. you see the athletes in person and up close and they are the most beautiful people inside and out that you would ever want to meet. I went to the Olympia seminar .. got there early enought to have a seat right in the front.. i did not want to carry my good camera so i had a small pentax and i have to say my pictures are horrible.. i would definitely bring my "good" camera next time even though it is bigger and heavier I would also make sure to bring an empty suitcase to bring home all the stuff from the expo,., i have 14 tshirts and a few shaker bottles and supplements out the ying-yang.. i had to stuff my clothes in a backpack and use my suitcase to get all the stuff home and i did not even make all the rounds my bag was simply too heavy for me to lug around both days.. Jay Culter walked in and gave everyone in line who asked an autograph and took pictures with everyone and is really i don’t even want to say the nicest guy you would ever want to meet it sounds cliche but he is a phenominal human being. He said he has been in second wanting to be first and he has the greatest respect for Dexter . Dexter said he thinks he is the new physique of bodybuilding and at first Jay was like we will see if i come back next year but after Dex said that Jay said well we will just see about that next year… Next year is going to be great .. I am going back .. the new kid on the block was like a cross between Jay and Dex in my untrained eye anyway .. and lets just say next year is going to be exciting to see. Dex said he is not going to do the Arnold just prepare for the O . Jen Hendershott said she did 4 hours of cardio then 3 then 2 instead of the other way around. She did 1100 calories a day and 40 grams of carbs.. well her strategy certainly paid off. Anyway hope to see you all at the O next year
