I forget im not normal!
So here I am trying to work as hard as I can to win the muscle tech contest. Well, i was up for it but my body wasn’t, after two days of hard training, it gave up on me. Now i’m in bed with a fever of 102 and a bunch of chills through out my body. It’s hard to accept that fact that my body is not what it used to be, now a days i have to rest a day or two after each session otherwise ill get sick. I guess i won’t win the muscle tech contest but eventually i will have a transformation

Who says you won’t win? You just have to train differently that’s all. You’re putting your whole heart into this and I’m very proud of you!!! Keep going, keep going, keep going!

Of course you can do it, you just have to train smarter instead of harder. Remember rest is good! muscle can only repair and grow when we rest.
Its good to hear the feeding tube is working, and that you are gaining weight as this will help with the gains.
If you need 2 or 3 days rest between workouts cool all the more time to grow strong.
You may want to look at Starting strength by Riptoe, you’ll have to adjust the program so you get the rest you need start light, learn good form, and do no more than 3 compound excercises per workout to a maximum 3 sets of your 5 rep max, this should point you in the right direction.
