So here I am trying to work as hard as I can to win the muscle tech contest. Well, i was up for it but my body wasn’t, after two days of hard training, it gave up on me. Now i’m in bed with a fever of 102 and a bunch of chills through out my body. It’s hard to accept that fact that my body is not what it used to be, now a days i have to rest a day or two after each session otherwise ill get sick. I guess i won’t win the muscle tech contest but eventually i will have a transformation

Wow!!! 147 lbs, last time i was around that weight was back in my sophomore year of high school right before i got sick. This might not be much to many of you outthere, but to me this is a huge accomplishement, if not the biggest one as far as health in the past 15 years, wow. I need three more lbs to reach my goal and after that i can concentrate on cutting and transforming my body. CAN’t WAIT!

Hey just one quick question?
My goal is to gain muscle and weight about 150 lbs, unfortunately i don’t have much control over my diet. I can’t eat by mouth so i have a tube in my stomach which i use to feed myself with a special kind of milk that the doctor prescribed. Overall i take nine cans a day which gives me about 2500 calories per day, 360 gm of carbohydrates, 120gm of protein, and 80 gam of fat. Is this too much if i want to get rid of some of the fat and get more muscle? Should i bring it down to 8 cans which will bring my calroies to 2200? or just keep the same 9? I would really appreciate your answers, thank you
