Sunday, November 12th, 2006So this is my quest to add more strength and size. I have put my bodybuilding aspirirations on hold until March of ‘08 then i will get my Pro card, but for now i’m just going to eat, train and grow.
A bit about my self: I’m 6′2 and currently 252 lbs, i’m a police officer and a Army vet. I have been training for 6 years and have competed in three shows, two of which were pro qualifying. My lifts are decent, i can squat 315 for 22 and incline 355lbs. I want to get monsterous but keep in mind that i cant gain too much fat.
I train as follow: Monday;pull, Wednesday;push, and Thursday;arms and Friday or Saturday;legs
