Another bad year
well a year after surgery and another bad day with the doctor… i now have to have a CT scan from my knees to my nipples cause they think its back. well screw this i amgoing to keep pushing this. i willkeep going to the gym until i can’t life the 5lbs dumbells any more. life is just to short and i love the feeling i get when i walk down the stairs after a good pump.

Great attitude to have!! listen i know where you are coming from and trust me it stinks, but you can do it! Trust me i know after having 5 surguries in one year. Do not let your body beat you, you can beat it!! Keep trucking along…
