Man, I’m on a plateau. I feel bad. My military press numbers just won’t budge. My shoulders are not growing. Ugh.

    bro, you should be wicked happy with your achievements so far. you look great! the plateau thing can be frustrating though. you need to change up your routine. try going to www.crossfit.com
    its a different kind of work out that just might kill you. i started it when i was down in AL for some training and i took back to Boston with me. let me know what you think and keep making those ridiculous gains youre making!
