Well i started today off with three pills instead of the two from yesterday. This time i think i might have found my tolerance point for now. About 30 min after i took them i did start to feel a little sick in my stomach. I read about this so i knew what i needed to do. i made my self a PB and J and felt better right after finishing the sandwhich. I dont know why this product is like that but oh well. they tell you to take it on an empty stomach but you end up having to eat 30 min later. anyways, i havent weighed myself all weekend so i have no clue if this is actually causing me to lose any weight. i hear it really doesnt start to take effect until its been in your system for a week.

WEll, today i pumped up my dosage to 2 pills twice a day. So far i think its working. I took it around 3pm and started to get ready for work. As i was getting dressed about 30 min later after taking the pills i started to sweat some and my body felt hot. i thought it was my room so i checked the AC and it was set on 72. Hardly hot enough to make me sweat. so i can say it has to be those pills buring me up. Feels kinda weird that im not doing anything and im sweating. im going to continue uping my dosage as the week goes on to eventually get to three pills twice a day. I will let you know later if ive lost anything from these pills.

Well, today i just got my box of Astro Phex. I took one this morning and well it didnt do much until about 45 min later. i was sitting at my computer and started to sweat a little bit. 4 hours later i took another one but so far no change in how i feel. im not sweating like i did before either. I think for someone my size one cap twice a day wont do. im going to pump it up to Two caps twice a day and see if that works better. I started these at 235lbs so we shall see what kind of difference this stuff makes.

Whats up crew? Well today is easter sunday and guess where i am. No im not at the gym or anything but i am at freakin work right now. Its kinda sucky cause i wanted to be able to go to church today but nooooooooo i had to come to work. Freakin military haha. anyways, today i designated as my cheating day. I already cheated by having yams,ham, white bread, green beans, salad, mac and cheese etc etc. so needless to say its gonna be back to the nitty gritty come monday. well i just thought id throw a shout out to you all .

OK BIG QUESTION OF THE DAY! I have like 6 supplements im taking. Noexplod, whey protein, muscle milk, animal pak, and animal staks, and also hydroxy cut!!!! I am trying to set up a routine so that way im not taking the supplements at the wrong time. OK here is what im doing……. In the morning i get up and drink a protein shake with my hydroxy. Md morning i take animal pak. i work out at 730pm so at 630 i take my animal stak. at 7 pm i take the noxplod. then after my workout before going to bed i take my muscle milk. Is that a good Plan? I need your HELP!!!!!

Well, today i did my first workout at jungles gym. it was pretty good i suppose. it wasnt what i planned for cause like a dummy i was in a hurry to get out to the gym before it closed and i forgot my workout sheet. So needless to say i had no clue what i needed to be working on today. So i did what i always do. I worked my upper body. I wanted to play some bball but the court was taken up already and i would have made the teams odd. So i didnt do cardio today looks like i’ll have to force myself up early to get it done. anyways, i guess im gonna head off to bed. TTYL!

Hey whats up everyone! Today i made a huge investment. i didnt think id ever do it but i finally did. Today i joined a local Gym called " JUNGLE’S GYM" in alexandria, VA. I used to always want to join a gym locally and get to know some of the regulars there. You know have a good circle of friends that can help motivate me and keep me going when times get rough. As you can prolly tell i have also bought a few new supps. Im doing a lot of this on my own and i am praying that im getting the right tools i need to make my body into the shape it is meant to be. A lean, muscular, fat burning, Steel Chompping, jacked body. So keep in touch and leave some comments. U all keep me in check.

Well, today is a new step in my fitness program. I started taking some of the basic supplements like whey protien and a fat burner. Ive never used straight whey so im hoping it will make a difference. I am thinking about buying some of that muscle milk but im hesitant because i dont want to be redundant taking a protein powder then muscle milk. ive used Hydroxy cut before when i was overseas. It worked like a charm but i quit taking it once i got home. I dont know why but i did even though it helped me to lose 20 lbs in two months. So now im going to start using it again and hopefully it will still help along with this protein. My whole goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle. Im going to get down to 170 ( which is my ideal weight for my height.) Then i want to gain 10 to 12 lbs of muscle to top me off at 180lbs of lean muscle maybe 190. im like 220 right now so it will be a lasting battle to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. if anyone has some supplements that they reccomend to help in my goal give me a shout!
