I was sick again for a couple of weeks, and my weight didn’t change, While i’m working out though it fluctuates a bit too much, and its going in the wrong direction (its going down). Why, when i’m sick, doesnt my weight change, and when i’m healthy and able to go to gym again my charts start looking like the patern on a heart monitor? Any answers would be apreciated!

A man walked up to me in a bar this weekend, I just got there so i was sober as can be.
He took me aside and told me he had a vision of people wiping their feet in me and walking all-over me. I dismissed it as trivial, but when I got up the next day, I actualy started to see the meaning behind it (actualy it was quite obvious), people are wlking over me…
When I went back to the bar, and asked for the guy, no-one had seen him, the one guy told me he saw me standing alone and thought i was talking to myself or on a cellphone headset…
Hmm, maybe it was the winter air …

At last, my charts actualy moved! LOL, even if it moved just a little, it moved, i can see the changes in my body, and i can feel it. My litle sister even told me she can see the difference! So finaly, my life is coming back together, and so is my head… That just leaves the heart though… Hmm, think its time to go and find love… Oh well, i’ve gotta get back into the game sometime…

Why do people get lazy in the winter and skimp on their workout routines, then just before spring comes, everyone is bak in the gym working harder than ever.
Imagine the surprise of everyone you have worked out with when you take of your shirt and your sixpack abs are ’staring back at their newly aquired "beer kegs".
Sure its cold, and its not fun to do much, but its actualy gonna be fun, and you dont have to work yourself to near death to get your old physique back…
So guys, keep fit during winter, its worth it.
And to my friends on the otherside of the world… enjoy your summers with your well kept bodies, and new set of girls drooling over you.

Welcome to the flu season, i’ve been missing out on gym because of anti-biotics, and im totaly depro about the whole thing…
I was showing progress little, but it was there! I could feel it in my body, and i could see my shirts were shrinking, slowly but surerly.
Now thats all down the drain again, and I’ll most probably have to start from scratch, again.
Well, the lovely season of winter srikes again… I just hope that this is the last time i cach the flu! usualy its once a year, this year, even before winter solstice, i was sick 2 times already… now im sick again.
Well… to all the guys and girls who dont have flu, enjoy your gym routines, and the guys in the northern hemisphere… You’d damn well enjoy your summer!!!
Ciao!

Hey all,
I Hve a question…
If you’ve worked your whole damn life, to get a body you are proud of, why in the name of all that is holy and mighty dont you wanna help someone else who are working just as hard to get there.
Heres the story,
I was doin my cardio on wednesday (cardio day, for now at least), Enter a friend of mine, now knowing to leave me be on my treadmill, we never spoke, so he heads for the freeweights, where an noticeably big guy is dion his normal routine of curls, and stuff. My friend then starts out his chest workout, and his form is as such that he might hutr himself. The big guy then looks at him, laughs, and then proceeds to go to his friend, point, and then laugh again…
This was just wrong!!!
I then had to stop my treadmill, mid workout, to go help my friend, so he doesn’t hurt himself.
Why didnt the big guy just help him?
This is why haaving a muscular physique is a curse to some, and being big is associated with having a shitty attitude!
Thanks to all the guys that are helping me, and I think that its time we made sure guys in the gym with shitty attitudes, get back down to earth or we will make you leave!

I’ve been naughty this weekend, but whats a man to do when a surprise like this has bee sprung on you? My friends and family threw me a surprise party, with two objectives in mind, 1) to welcome me back from my rehabilitation process, and 2) a housewarming, ive moved into my first house and im so proud of it! Its small but beautifull, and cozy.
My experience in the gym on friday, also had a huge roll to play, because all my old friends saw that i was back, and they were shocked… i never had a decent build, quite frankly, i was fat… and thats where it started, constantly being at the wrong end of fat jokes made me realise that i was too fat for my liking, so i stopped eating altogether, and only lived on water and multivitamins, only eating an apple when i felt hungry. needless to say that this had dire consequences!
So the party got started, and we had a couple of drinks, and I went a bit overboard. So when i woke up the saturday, i realised that i was late for work, so late infact that i missed a whole saturdays work. Lukcily its a family bussiness, so the boss understood (My stepfather)
Well, thats enough rambling for one day

What a day, i had a workout yesterday, and suddenly I realised how weak ive gotten. It was very dissapointing, but for some reason it just motivated me to work even harder. Maybe the powers thet be was showing me what i’ve realy been doing to my body, it was a lesson well taught. Well, at least i’m doing something other than stuffing sh*t up my nose… Now this is how im supposed to feel, full of life and invigorated!
Till the next post….
