hi every one, today was my 3rd day atthe gym after a break of 4 weeks due to rotator cuff injury..now iam all stiff every bone and muscle is aching..:) but I know that feelin we all do..its fresh blood goin back in those muscles..man i did chest and tri today..so lets keep at it.. ihave started back on animal pack combined with whey protien..:)

Me and wife became proud parents of a sweetheart , angel girl on the 1st Feb 09, I just broughtmy sweet family home from the hospital after a weeks stay,
WOWWWW>!! Happeist moments of our lives and yeaaa.. my little girl resemebles her father.!!!! yahoooo as every one says….:)

Hey Friends,
I will just try to keep this up as much as I can, starting today, I did my Back and Tri session: Starting Pull downs 5 x 15,12,8,8,8sets, Tbar 4x 12,8,8,6 Sets, Face down Bench Dumbell rows 3 x 10,10,8 , Hammer Low Rows 3x 10,10,8 than I did , Tricep Ext over head3 x 12,12,10 than Dumbell extension single handed 3 x 10,10,8 last I did lying skull crushers 3 x10,10,8
I finish off by 50 x 2 of Leg raises and 200 broom twists, followed by 15 minutes on bike
