Walked about 3 miles today, and it felt pretty good!
Okay, here's the plan... I'm planning to post daily workouts, weekly weigh-ins, and monthly body stats and progress pics.
I'm sure things will change slightly over time, but for now, this is the best way I can come up with to track my progress and share it with the BB community.
Ok, I've got everything set... My home gym is complete, and I'm ready to get started! I'm boosting the cardio, and doing a liquid fast this Sunday in prep for starting my high-protein/ketogenic diet on Monday. I'm also planning to start my 5-day split, and heavy bag workouts on Monday... don't worry, I'll start light during the first 2 weeks before just throwing myself into the flames.
