im having a hard time
hey everyone, my gf and i just broke up and i am having a really hard time keeping motivated…..i am eating alot cuase i am sad, and i dont know how to control it! i dont have the motivation to get up for the gym…i wanna do this for myself but i am feeling so down right now, and i eat to feel good but when im done eating i feel like throwing up! ugh i dont know what to do! i want to be in shape so badly any ideas?

Take out your frustration on the weights instead of the food. You can get through this!

It just is so hard…..how do i get the motivation to go to the gym,….i just cant find it in me!! i am so upset

get dressed and tell yourself you’re just gonna go for a walk and see what happens. Taking up a sport helps because then your fitness is about being better at your sport. it sucks now but just focus on little things like getting dressed and going for a walk.

thanks for the tips i will try that!!!!!! im going to the gym for sure tomorrrow i am not allowing myself not too
