hey everyone, my gf and i just broke up and i am having a really hard time keeping motivated…..i am eating alot cuase i am sad, and i dont know how to control it! i dont have the motivation to get up for the gym…i wanna do this for myself but i am feeling so down right now, and i eat to feel good but when im done eating i feel like throwing up! ugh i dont know what to do! i want to be in shape so badly any ideas?

Hey. I am just wondering if n.o xplode really does work? I have just begun my intense training…..what would be good for my pre workout, right now i just take whey protein shake but want to increase my supplement usage to better results faster!!! I want to lose weight quicker to start getting cuts!!!! please help!!!

Well this is my first blog, and I just recently started my craze for getting big! I am so excited what my body is going to look like when i obtain my goals. I hate when people ask if i am on a diet, i am not on a diet i am changin my lifestyle! My fitness right now consumes my life, because every night i make sure my nmeals are set for the next day! That way i have them available to em always! does anybody else do this as much as i do???
