					<description>I did this last year for 10 weeks, got pretty good results. The first week was brutal, the 2nd was better, the rest was fine, just got used to it. Stick to it, it gets easier, I promise :)</description>

					<description>Hey! To be honest I haven't weighed myself since, but from what I can see I haven't gained much fat, if any. I switched to a high protein diet now, 150g-200g/day, have been lifting fairly heavy so hopefully I'm building a bit more muscle, since that’s the plan for the time being :)
I would only recommend this diet to someone who weigh trains regularly because your workouts go hand in hand with this diet, if you’re mainly doing cardio then I wouldn’t recommend it.</description>
