I was so very excited to see that the scale finally moved this morning, but more importantly, that I’ve lost a few more inches. I’m finally in the 140’s after several months of struggling int he 150’s. P90X is really starting to get inteste (man that yoga is a killer), but I feel great & I’m motivated to keep eating clean foods throughout the week. I did splurge on Thanksgiving weekend, but was still able to watch my caloric intake on the road & choose better options.
I have also chosen to invest in better quality food even though it means paying a bit more at the cash register. We’ve found ways to make food last a bit longer and since vegtables, legumes, & fruit are filled with fiber, they really do fill you up longer than convenient packaged foods. So-here’s to good health (outside & in)!
