Ok I have been on and off this thing and I am serious no more distractions. Tomorrow I’m going to the gym and then I’ll deal with all the other crap going on. I’m done with being a frazzled brain fatty. I walk about 3 miles a day and am trying to watch what I eat, here lately I’ve been gobbling up all the cookies. WTF. I say it’s PMS because I feel like shit…I hate this every month I get going and then bam! PMS and I am out of control, like today I had a great day I ate 2 eggs a slice of whole wheat bread and some basil pesto and tomato for breakfast, for lunch I had a turkey avocado w/tomato sandwich and for dinner a salmon filet with whole wheat penne pastat with pesto, olives and some carrots. BUT then the damn cookies. DAMN THE COOKIES, DAMN PMS!! Ok, tomorrow’s another day. No cookies.
