So I’ve been side tracked due to my work schedule it jacks me up and I don’t "just do it" I need to learn to k.i.s.s. Anyway got in a good work out today so I feel accomplished.

It’s very upsetting when I get in a good work out and then can’t get to sleep later on. Maybe it has something to do with the supplements or something but it was 4pm when I took them did legs and then cardio. It’s annoying not to be able to just konk out after working out. So now it’s going to be a poopy day because I’m draggin ass. Also does L-glutamine help with soreness after workouts? Just wondering because after my first leg workout it took a couple of days to recovery, I did legs last night and today they aren’t so bad, then again maybe I’m just not feeling it yet…hmm. Anyway yesterday was a good day I ate well and worked out. It makes me happy.

I worked my legs out pretty good today, they felt like jello afterwards. Should be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow.

Last nite I got a burst of energy and worked out at around 10pm. I feel pretty good.

So instead of going to the gym I had a garage sale, which was a good thing. For breakfast I had a smoothie with Whey protein from Health FX, and for lunch I had a pb&j on wheat, for dinner I had a turkey sandwich and I also had only one cookie and that was it. And for my exercise I walked the dog, briskly because it was cold outside…so tomorrow I go to work and there will be lots of walking there and I will be going to the gym.

Ok I have been on and off this thing and I am serious no more distractions. Tomorrow I’m going to the gym and then I’ll deal with all the other crap going on. I’m done with being a frazzled brain fatty. I walk about 3 miles a day and am trying to watch what I eat, here lately I’ve been gobbling up all the cookies. WTF. I say it’s PMS because I feel like shit…I hate this every month I get going and then bam! PMS and I am out of control, like today I had a great day I ate 2 eggs a slice of whole wheat bread and some basil pesto and tomato for breakfast, for lunch I had a turkey avocado w/tomato sandwich and for dinner a salmon filet with whole wheat penne pastat with pesto, olives and some carrots. BUT then the damn cookies. DAMN THE COOKIES, DAMN PMS!! Ok, tomorrow’s another day. No cookies.
