Protein and Carbs
Well, for the last few days I’ve eating Muscle Milk n Oats. Some of my friends at work tried it a while back, but they didn’t like it. I bought some on discount at the Vitamin Shoppe for a $1.00 each. I thought I would give it a try. I liked the ones I bought (Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate something). I guess some people may not like it, if they aren’t used to eating oatmeal. For me though, I enjoy the taste. I wish I would have bought more of it. Maybe I’ll go back today and they will have some more. It has 6g of fat, 34g of carbs. and 30g of protein. Yesterday morning I ate this with my coffee and I had a lot of energy for my workout. Yeah! Really, all a person has to do is use regular oat meal and sprinkle a protein powder on top of it. Then you have a homemade batch. Genius! To think I thought of that myself! Well, I bet some people haven’t thought of it yet.
