  ok so I knw that i RANT AND rave alot

but hey

its just when things bother

me i like to vent if  you will

at any rate

misinformation

 whats the deal with those  who

dish out info[i understand your goal is to help!]

and its  completely false i mean

there is no knowledge,no science,

hell no logic  behind  the given info!

I attribute that to just this cycle of

bs people are cooking up and serving up as fact

maple syrup diet,cayenne pepper,lemon juice,[wtf!?!!?!!!?]

1 ass of a statement+[Im ON THE CABBAGE SOUP DIET! YOU SHOULD TRY IT!]+ 1 ILL INFORMED ANSWER SEEKER WHO TAKES SAID ASS AS THE TRUTH= 1 ILL INFORMED FRUSTRATED ANSWER SEEKER WORSE OFF THAN  HE OR SHE STARTED!

OK ::::::;;SO i’ve decided iwant the most visually pleasing

physique im able to achieve[naturally of course!]

I want my body to be so perfect that if i decided that

i want to increase  one muscle  even 1\2 an inch

i have to increase my whole body a half inch

i dont want size for the  sake of size

anyway im done babbling!

but

i gonna any way

so  here it is

whats with all the half naked people?[you know who you are]

on bodyspace[ hell some are totally naked]

my question is why? 

why do we those that come to bb.com to

share ,learn with and make new friends

here in the iron game

have to be subjected to pic of you

ass naked!!

please dont confuse my comments as judgement

iits just that there are so  many other places on the net you

can go to do that sort of thing!

Now dont get me wrong

i dig  nudity as much as the next guy

but i cant take one more dude [naked,or in a thong[ewwwww! lol!]

 i hope i have not offended any

but hey its a free country

you can post half naked pics on a bodybuilding site

i can express my distaste!

i rise

like a phoenix

from the ashes

i down my nutrients

for i am headed into battle

and i can ill afford to lose this

so i must be

somthing clicks

im alive  im awake

and this is a war i MUST WIN!!!!!!!!!

four sets in and im exausted

 but foward i march

45 degree angle incline

face down i lie

i pull for 12

this is my life  this is familar

i know this pain

and i cant get enough of it!

im exausted

but

i cant stop now

 the real fun

is still to come

DEADLIFTS!!!!!!!

SOME WHERE BETWEEN SET 2 AND THREE

i am so gone in the momet

some cant recall it

but in this moment

this pain is all i see

this pain is me

im off to grab some nutrients

to repair  reload and rebulid

they have no idea what they are in for!

bigger stronger faster

 at what cost? i was under the assumption that its bodybuilding

not becomebig as a building

now im not faulting those who use

its your own choice

nor am i judging

what gets at me is

how you are able to

present yourself as

this temple of health

yet your foundation is crumbling fom the "juice"

and i know some will say that "we are not role models no are we trying to be"

wake up !!!!

like it or not some

kids look at u and say

wow! thats what i want to look like and willing to do whatever it takes

and the cycle begins again

[note just my 2 cents!]

i heard lane norton say

if there was a drug

that once taken

made muscle building easy

he would not take it

cause he enjoys

his journey from a-b

he speaks the truth

and i couldnt agree more

do u remember what u were like in high school

or growing up for that matter

hell what about a year ago?

cause i do

i remember hating myself

i hated going to school

i hated the way i looked

my body everything

i remember  right as school would let out

for summer

id say to my self

"im gonna get in shape"

so i could be  a b   or  c

looking back i now realize how wrong that mentality was

cause i was essentially living for the approval

of others

i desired to

liked to be loved to be wanted needed

in a  nutshell i was seeking approval in in the eyes of  others

but  as i learn and grow

and realize to live for others

is really no way to live

it  wont make u happy

well it may but that moment is fleeting

it wont make u think differently

it just doesnt work all

around no win

situation

it[getting in shape only works if u do it for u]

do it cause it makes u feel better

cause it will make u look better[vanity and i so get that cause iam as well ]

decide

determine

consistently

persistently

seek to bring forth the very best u

every moment u exist

u are  worth it!

food for thought : someone said to me today" i dont have the time to workout or eat right"

and  my response was this if its important enough to somone[whatever this goal maybe in this case it was fitness]

u will MAKE TIME FOR IT!  PEROID!

eating is important right? and we make time for it [how ever bad our choices may be while eating we made time for it]

so make time for fitness its as important as eating[ they go hand and hand]

you have to eat to live right ?
