"You change the structure you change its function" or better yet "form follows function"

thats the first thing my professor said to me [well to the class] and I can remember it vividly

my reaction sort of like a light bulb going off as were it stuck with me that whole day

now mind you he was speaking of protein[structure,function, denaturing protein etc…] he gets off

on proteins…dont ask![another story for another time] so yeah back to form \function

although he was speaking of proteins  it can be tied back to bb\weightlifting HOW!?

read on and I will tell you ok so how many times have you seen  some guy throwing around an asinine amount of weight

say for ex on bb curls he is just throwing the weight up there[he has got back ,quads,tri, everyhing but the target muscle working[note we are not talking about cheat curls im speaking of excess weight[changing an exercises[or er] form

which then alters its function[actually witnessed this yesterday!] now dont get me wrong Im not  saying that

you should be relegated to strictly light weights because it doesnt alter your form thus changing its function

Im also not saying that cheating  or getting that extra little upmh to get the weight where you need it to be

but once its there  if the muscles arch of  flexion is compromised then its TOO HEAVY!!

cause and effect 

 

choices choices CHOICES! So Whats the deal with those who either screw up

do to poor choices [hell even lack of options!] complain about there situation yet

do absoultely nothing to accept even a small amout of personal  load ,weight what have you

i just cant wrap my head around the thought process of those types of people

and im only speaking to or about those who  CHOOSE  to engage in certain actions

or behaviors should i say! are upset with said actions or choices  yet take no form of

personal account for the actions that THEY  chose!

every action has an reaction every up has a down

I have ecountered this sort of person a lot in my

everday life  ALOT with out getting to [hey im standing on my soap box]

i have not really found a appropriate response for them

other than using the frustration that they present

to just have the best workout  i  can

I will say one thing i  WILL NEVER EVER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE

AND THE FRUSTRATION THEY CAN BRING YOU

TO EAT IN THE MANNER I WAS IN THE PAST

THEY dont get that right I  CONTROL ME

AND MY ACTIONS I  OWN ALL  MISTAKES AND FAILURES

I GUESS in the end i can only really worry of my actions[choices]

my only problem is when  these  "crappy choice makers" effect me and my life!

I mean the best food is that in its simplest form[clean unprocessed plain ]

simplest way to get from point A ——-Point B[A Straight line]

if the above is true then why do we spend endless effort ,[not to mention tons of money!]

traveling around in circles zig zagg going back to start[searching for a "magical training program,or diet"]

macronutrient,micronutrients,no carbs,high carbs,ketosis[for those who understand how to do use  these techniques awesome!but for those that dont hummmmmmmmmm!!!

its just when things bother

me i like to vent if  you will

misinformation

 whats the deal with those  who

dish out info[i understand your goal is to help!]

and its  completely false i mean

there is no knowledge,no science,

hell no logic  behind  the given info!

I attribute that to just this cycle of

bs people are cooking up and serving up as fact

maple syrup diet,cayenne pepper,lemon juice,[wtf!?!!?!!!?]

1 ass of a statement+[Im ON THE CABBAGE SOUP DIET! YOU SHOULD TRY IT!]+ 1 ILL INFORMED ANSWER SEEKER WHO TAKES SAID ASS AS THE TRUTH= 1 ILL INFORMED FRUSTRATED ANSWER SEEKER WORSE OFF THAN  HE OR SHE STARTED!
