ive been doing machines for a month because ive been doing alot of wrestling and im too tired to work on form and synergistic shit. now that im back. **** its harder than ever. but i love it! bye.

bought a new bike!

on my quest to get in shape. i bumped up my investment in cardio by buying a new bike! its a raleigh mojave 2.0. good value! runnign right now puts too much stress on my back so i got this to aide me till i can run properly. the last leg of my cardio goals is to swim alot as well. time to burn the fat off my soul!

just realized i havent been blogging in german! time to make up for that laziness!

auf meiner fitnesssuche, ich hab die höhe der investition des kardioes erhöht mit einem fahrrad kaufen. es ist ein raleigh mojave 2.0. es ist sein geld wert. laufen stresst meinen rücken zu viel also ich hab das gekriegt um mir zu helfen bis ich gut laufen kann, das endspiel meiner kardioziele ist ja auch zu schwimmen viel. es ist zeit um die fett meiner seele zu brennen!

wanted to workout, gym closes early on sat. blargh!

so i caught a movie but the gym closes at 9pm on saturdays and sundays so i missed my workout. of course i could never look myself in the mirror if i dont workout. so i did some bullshit dumbbell squats, lunges, and weighted crunches. not the best workout(it sucked ballz) but at least i can say i did something, anyways back to the gym tommrow to do my push muscles!

so…ich hab heute nen film im kino gesehen aber das fitnessstudio ist ja um 9uhr samstag bis sonntag aufgeschließen. also ich hab meine gewichte heben aufgepasst. natürlich kann ich mich nicht im spiegel betrachten wenn ich nicht trainiere. also ich hab ja blöde kurzhantel kniebeugen, losstürzen, und bauchpressen mit 50lb beschwert. nicht die beste trainierung aber(war total scheiße) aber wenigstens kann ich sagen dass ich etwas(ja sogar blödes) getan hab, aufjedenfall, zurück zum fitnessstudio morgen um meinen anstoßmuskeln trainieren!

they disappoint me, i think im gonna go down in weight and practice my form and go up again.

also imma start doing my blogs in english and german so i can keep my german skills in top shape. so…

sie enttäuschen mich, ich denke dass ich leichte gewichte heben werde und meine form üben dann werde ich ja schwere gewichte wieder heben.

i feel like i have my motivation completed. i still need to curb things in my lifestyle, but i have made significant decesions toward my end goals. i got a personal trainer, i got my gym membership back and i wrestle as often as possible. this is a great start. hopefully by the end of this year, things will smooth out and the train will be on track to being on time. anyways thats all for now. ciao.
