Thank you all for commenting on my 1st blog. While most of it was meant to have a humorous side to it, I still meant it to be sincere. With regards to your comments Lexus Punk, thank you for being straight-forward, I respect that. However, it is quite obvious that we are two completely different people with two completely different goals. I don’t compete and my goals are not to be skinny, such as yourself. If I decide to compete, my diet will obviously adjust. I do eat clean foods 95% of the time, it just so happens that I eat A LOT of these clean foods rich in complex carbs, protein and healthy fats in an effort to be as big as I possibly can be, somewhere around 6000 cal per day if not more. Some of my meals I have to force feed almost. If it means adding some fat, which it does, then so be it. Thanks for saying that I’m “so overweight,” HAHA, I love it. You calling me a fat ass doesn’t bother me in the least bit; it actually inspires me to get fatter, meaning I will have more muscle. If I wanted to lose the excess fat that was brought on by my desire to be as large as genetics will let me, then it would take me 8 weeks, but it’s something that I don’t want to do. I have gotten numerous compliments on my mass over the years, and I plan on getting bigger than I currently am, and then maybe cut just slightly. Judging from your pictures, our genetics are on opposite ends of the spectrum. Naturally, you will never have as much mass as me in your lifetime, and I will never be as ripped as you with very low bodyfat, and really don’t want to be ripped since it would require getting small, once again, like yourself. I’m not a swimmer like you, and don’t have any plans to be competing with Michael Phelps any time soon. By the way, during his medal run, it didn’t look like he had any abs at all, perhaps he was overweight too since abs are your assessment of obesity? If I lost that 50-60 extra pounds of fat you claim that I have from simply looking at my progress pictures, I would be 155 lbs minus all of the muscle I would loose in the process, probably putting me around 115lbs living the dream of an emo wearing women’s jeans. If someone said I could have a 10 pack and be 155 overnight with no effort, or keep my current body, I would choose the ladder without thought. I’m not trying to be an A&F model here, I already have a beautiful girlfriend and I’ll post a picture of her and I if you would like to see. From your calculation of me being 50-60 lbs overweight, you are saying that if you reach your goal of being 200lbs, then you will be 35-45 lbs overweight? Yeah I know, you want it to be lean quality mass and still have abs; good luck gaining significant weight and still have a swimmer’s body. Just because I don’t have a set of abs, doesn’t mean I have 30% bodyfat, and if it does mean that, then awesome, it’s a number, I couldn’t care less because I know I’m currently meeting MY goals. I don’t need a caliper test; my BF scale is enough for me, even if it’s incorrect it gives me an assessment of my gains/losses. I’d like to see you at 215 lbs of mass with a set of abs. Take a look at my first progress pic: skinny, little body fat, no abs when relaxed. That’s not a current goal of mine. I wish I had more pictures, but I couldn’t dig any up from my skinny days. Earlier this year, I was on a quest for a six pack, and every time I set out on that quest, I would get depressed because of losing hard earned muscle, so that quest is currently ceased until I gain another 15 lbs. One more thing, I never said I eat clean all the time, what I’m implying is that I can’t stand when people offer me food that is not in my diet and do not stop offering. I never mind someone that is being polite and offering me food ONCE; I come from an Italian and Greek family and food is cooked in large quantities, so this happens all the time and I politely say no. I will choose when I want to cheat, and I don’t need someone else making my food choices for me after I have declined the offer for the first time. This is what my blog was intended for. I also like to booze occasionally and participate in gyro eating contests at 3AM after getting hammered on a Friday night, because I have a great social life. Do I want to sacrifice that for having a six-pack? Not really, I enjoy life too much, something that a lot of bodybuilder’s just don’t do. See MJN21, a very good friend of mine, he’s my inspiration for being a BEAST!

Let me also clarify something else about my previous blog. I am in no way, shape or form putting anyone down that makes an effort. The people who have taken it upon themselves to make a drastic change in their lives have my utmost respect, whether you are 350+ lbs or 100 lbs. You have my respect far more than the people with good genetics that have everything come easy to them.

Ok I’ve never wrote a blog on this site or any other site in my life. I’m currently traveling for work for a couple days so I’m bored. Luckily, there’s a gym where I’m at so I haven’t missed a workout or even a meal and it’s only a few days so even if I do it won’t hurt. Anyway, I’ve been building up a rant for a few months now, and it’s time to unload!

Food pushers: GET THE F**K OUT OF MY FACE, I DO NOT WANT A DEEP FRIED OREO, DEEP FRIED BOLOGNA SANDWICH, OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU FAT F**K’S HAVE MANAGED TO FIND A WAY TO THROW IN A BOILING POOL OF GREASE AND CALL IT FOOD! I am done with you people, you just don’t get it…you haven’t stepped in a gym since the Advent of Christ and I’m trying to bust my ass while you insist on shoving horrible food in my face after multiple refusals. You try to pull people like myself, whose second religion is steel plates and healthy foods, down to your pitiful, pathetic, feeble and contemptible level. You have no idea what it takes to embark on my lifestyle…..so sit back and live the “American Dream” with your cakes and pies while positioning your beer on the upper tier of your oversized, gargantuan gut, but don’t impose your sick lifestyle on me or anyone else that has made fitness a way of life. Should I just start carrying my dry plain oatmeal around and shove it down your throat?! The numerous hours I exhaust in the kitchen to prepare my 8 meals for the day isn’t enough for you people to realize that I’m dedicated to what I do, to say the least. The mere fact that you won’t give up pushing these foods is because you envy someone of my devotion and allegiance to the gym, and quite frankly, you couldn’t handle it. You couldn’t handle picking up a weight or stepping on a treadmill or trying to eat right…..you’ll just continue to make excuse after excuse why you don’t have time for the gym or any level of fitness for that matter. I’m 99.9% certain, only because scientific studies are never 100%, that you have enough time to sit your fat ass down on the couch with a bag of fresh potato chips watching episode after episode of reality television. SHOW SOME RESPECT, if you want to live that lifestyle, I couldn’t care less, just don’t try to push your habits on me…that’s when I start taking offense to your putrid, decomposing life. I appreciate your offer, but if I politely say no thanks, then the offer has been declined, get the F**K over it. For anyone who is living this “dream,” I know you think I’m insane, but what I think is insane is you degrading the one body that you were given at birth….if I live a short or long life, it’s going to be one that I can revere.

Thanks for listening, and please comment, regardless if you agree or disagree. There aren’t enough people in this world that speak their minds. Everyone is scared what people will think.

The thing is, we are the minority….the second we step out of the gym….
