Right on Ant I agree I have been using hardly anything for the last 4 months and my lifts are getting totally nuts for my age, but I have to say at 51 I would like to see a 5 to 10% jump in my testosterone levels and with Animal test the last time I ran with it (6 months ago I hit almost 12% increase during the cans usage then yes it fell after but I still settled in with a 4% increase. So with this run I am hoping to get a good solid boost ( I've been stuck at 180 and 10.6% for too long time to shock it up a little.
I do agree to much emphasis today is on supps and not base nutrition especially when you see young teens asking about Keto diets, I feel as G Diesel does that if you have not got at least 5 yrs hard lifting under your belt you should not be messing around with that stuff, and if your under 30 leave the T boosters and stacks for those with enough experience to know what thier doing.

So true. Not enough people give them selves credit for the hard work they have done. Supplements I find are only the extra boost that you may or may not need.
