September 27, 2009I’ve been through alot on this path of fitness thus far. I was doing really well with eating and exercise in early summer. I got a trainer and was preparing for a figure comp. this Nov. I was dropping inches and BF% and feeling great!
But, then I had some military stuff I had to do that took me away from my training and made it IMPOSSIBLE to eat right. So, I let myself go. And since I was doing really well, when I fell, I fell hard. I gained at least 10lbs of fat, stopped doing any sort of meaningful exercise, and my diet was whatever was available. GROSS!! Then I went on vaca and that didn’t help…or did it? I put on a swimsuit and saw myself in the mirror and almost had a heartattack!
So, I got home, straightened out my attitude and got back on the fitness horse. Now I’m back eating properly, exercising almost everyday, and feeling much better about life. I’m down almost 5lbs and clothes are fitting much better. Boy, 5lbs really makes a huge difference!! I’d say life is going pretty well at the moment!!
