take it easy
whenever you go to gym for a workout, always remember that you are a bodybuilder and not a weightlifter. i am one of the foolish people who have already made an mistake by lifting heavy weights. last week, working on legs(barbell scotting) i suddenly dropped with 230 kg. of weight on my shoulders. i was taken to the hospital, doctors told me not to lift weights for atleast one week. thats not a very long period but i think i am a lucky one, that period could be an year long or lifelong. so, every single bodybuilder out their. work hard, lift heavy weights but with care. thanks.

you must have a spotter or use machines when it comes to lifting heavy weights. To cross the abyss we must include heavy weights in our regimen.. but as you rightly said.. do it with great care… nice profile btw… gud luck
