July 16, 2007whenever you go to gym for a workout, always remember that you are a bodybuilder and not a weightlifter. i am one of the foolish people who have already made an mistake by lifting heavy weights. last week, working on legs(barbell scotting) i suddenly dropped with 230 kg. of weight on my shoulders. i was taken to the hospital, doctors told me not to lift weights for atleast one week. thats not a very long period but i think i am a lucky one, that period could be an year long or lifelong. so, every single bodybuilder out their. work hard, lift heavy weights but with care. thanks.
