I am doing the Body For Life Program created by Bill Phillips
Hello: I am on day 3 of the 12 week Body For Life program. On Monday April 2nd- I completed my first upper body workout-It was great! I could use some suggestions on stretching exercises for these areas because I am very sore. I thought some good stretching would loosen me up enough to complete my 2nd upper body workout on Friday.
