KILLER ARM DAY!
I changed my whole workout routine because I was getting bored and didn’t feel like I was challenging myself enough… well, that all changed two days ago when I did a whole new leg workout that I’m feeling two days later. Yesterday was rest day and today was arms. I really upped the weight and did some lifts I’ve never tried before and I feel like I left it all in the gym! After my lifting, I did 40 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and I’m proud of myself! I’ve lost an inch on my arms in one month and two off my hips! Waiting for the changes to come can seem like forever, but when you finally see your hard work pay off… there’s nothing like it!
