Things will come, I myself went through a huge layoff and the past 6 weeks have been tough but now it just gets better and better. Just remember you don't have to be your own support system, just shoot a note and say hi. Take care.

There is a quote from David Viscott that might fit well today:
"Do not allow yourself to get hung up on things that have already happened, or worry about things that may happen. Concentrate on what you are shooting for right now and everything else will take care of itself."

Its a bit like riding a bike, you never forget how to do it! it just takes a bit of time to readjust. Welcome back.

Very nice !! Sounds like a great leg workout, not far off from my own. I started out with the abs in there, after a couple weeks turned out to be just too much for one day. Actually looking for a way to logically break up the leg day as well not due to exhaustion but it sometimes takes me 2 hours to complete.

Is good to see old photos, we see ourselves in the mirror nearly everyday and sometime forget the changes we've made. Makes you feel like anything is possible in retrospect. I wonder how many of us if asked if we could attain our goals before we did, how many would have said yes. And moreover how many would think they could see such staggering results like yours.
