Zoned out.
Hi, today has been really difficult. I am having problems with my motivation. I still went to the gym and had a really awesome worout. I split legs and shoulders because I am trying to slowly readjust to things. My legs are still giving me a terrible time, but today was the first day that I felt like they are getting their strength back. I guess my motivation sucks because I feel so far behind from where I was and I don’t if I’ll be able to get back there if my legs don’t behave themselves.

There is a quote from David Viscott that might fit well today:
"Do not allow yourself to get hung up on things that have already happened, or worry about things that may happen. Concentrate on what you are shooting for right now and everything else will take care of itself."

Things will come, I myself went through a huge layoff and the past 6 weeks have been tough but now it just gets better and better. Just remember you don’t have to be your own support system, just shoot a note and say hi. Take care.
