I’m Back!!!!
It has been over a month since I have written a blog!!! I would like to say that I have done great in that month and I have lost lots of weight and things are moving along smoothly….that would be a big fat lie, about as big as I think my thighs are LOL. I have to get my on task. March will be here before I know it and I have to reach my goals…GGGRRRR!!!! I have a new mindset and I AM going to get this done. I am going back to the lunch pilates today which is a move in the right direction and I have the diet under control. I am back and I need all the encouragement and motivation I can get. Tough love welcome too :0)

You sound like you need something/someone to be accountable to. It’s far too easy to let things slide.
Get a small notebook to track workouts in. Ideally pick up a full year calendar and write down the type of workout done each day. It’s very motivating if you work out almost every day. If you don’t, you see a lot of empty space (or X’s on those days).
I’d also advise doing the same thing for what you eat every day. If you have to write down every single thing you eat, you might think twice about cheating…
It’s all about discipline. You can do it!

Good to see you back. You hold the key that opens the doors to success, and no one can open it for you. Get the focus, get the discipline and get to work. You can and WILL get it accomplished.
