How is it when you have a short work week……it last forever.  I feel like I have been sitting at this desk for days and days…..I have been doing well on everything.  Diet and Exercise.  Cardio in the morning and weights in the evening with some lunchtime pilates thrown in.  I am almost at the 13 month mark for the dreaded 40, but I am going to be in my prime when I hit it.  Isnt 40 the new 30? Hell the new 20!!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and if you eat too much, hey you can work it off fighting all the people at the day after Thanksgiving shopping…..dont even get me started on the crazy people who fight to the death on that day!!!!

Those of you who read my blogs and it must be alot because I was one of the most popular blogs last week!!  Yeah me!!  I am about to have to eat some of my words I think.

I went friday night to pick up my check and was informed that we are going to have to step it up.  Now I am no prude by no means, but I also dont think my making a drink depends on T & A!!!  I usually wear jeans and strapless shirts or things like that.  I keep telling myself if I can make it through Christmas, I can do this.  This week is going to be major clean eating, cardio, cardio and weights!!!  I am thinking cut off jean shorts, cowboy boots and tank top for the first night. 

Those who read my blog know that my company lives for their Goody Days.  One of the other departments had their Thanksgiving dinner yesterday……I survived.  I didnt even walk into the breakroom and check out what was left.  Not one bite, not even a sausage ball which let me tell you, I LOVE!!!  I am very proud of myself.  I have had 3 days(not alot I know) of good eating and dieting.  The weekend is usually my downfall so cross your fingers that I make it through.

I had to go bail my boyfriend’s dog out of jail yesterday.  He had moved(boyfriend not the dog) and had not put up the pen for the Murphy yet so he hadnt taken him to the new house. This is an 80 lb pit bull with a head bigger than mine.  I go to pick him up and the running joke was that the call was he was aggressive and violent and the needed backup to have him picked up and they might have to use a tranquilizer gun.  Needless to say, he is a big baby and when they got there the lady officer walked right up to him started petting him and he laid down and almost started purring…..I did get an extra workout getting him to the car and home.  He likes to "drive" so I had to keep pulling him out of my lap.  The things we do for our guys!!!

I did have a good exercise night.  Cardio on the treadmill and legs and abs.  Diet was good for the day too.  I just might be on a roll and if not I made it through 1 day!! 

I just read a comment from my respect blog.  The comment was made that I am sending out a double message by my hot mom wanting to turn the heat up!!!  That is bull.  I dont have any risque pics and I have never sent any comments to anyone out of the way or put anything in my blogs that was sexual. 

I dont think I asked to have a crappy comment put on my site!!!  I would be the first to admit if I did(see my last blog)….

I am a woman(obviously).  I can honestly say that I dont understand other women sometimes.  Why do women act like hoochies and then when guys say things to them or come on to them, they get all offended and act like the are the virgin mother who has been assaulted?  I see it in the gym and most especially in the bar that i bartend in.  Ladies, if you let a guy buy you drinks ALL night long, yes at the end of the night, he is going to expect something.  It is human nature and dont get upset when he gets pissed off!!!  You brought this on…..I swear some women(term loosely) give other women a bad name!!

On a brighter note, diet going good actually better than exercise for one time in my life!!! Everyone have a lovely day

As I look at this site, there are some truly great names.  Mine is plain, my name and the number 3 which I was born on 3/3 and my daughter always plays all with the number 3.  I want a cool name!!! 

I challenge someone to give me a cool name, but you have to explain how you came up with it!!!  Keep it clean

I told you about my 10 yr old.  Let me tell you about my 17yr old!!!  Think me, 20 yrs younger, 20lbs lighter with blond hair, blue gray eyes and eye lashes so long that people always ask if they are real.  This is a girl that most days has someone come up to her and tell her how gorgeous she is(not sure where she gets it).  Her softball coach says she is the only player he had ever had that they can play ball anywhere in the state and someone is going to yell her name when she gets off the bus.

Kylie has an old boyfriend Mitch, that has been around off and on since the 6th grade(she is a junior and he graduated last year).  Right now they are off.  Last night she went on a date with a freshman in college and had a good time and plans on going out with him again.  Today, Kylie texts me to bring her midol to school.  I text back ok when I can.  An hour later, I get a text, nevermind, Mitch is going to do it!!!  MItch, Mitch, Mitch, what are you thinking????  Please someone explain to me why guys will let girls do this to them??!!???  Where is your pride?  I tell her how ashamed I am everytime she does something like this to him.  Last week, she took him a gas can and had ANOTHER ex boyfriend in the car with her!!!  I unfortuanely am a MItch
