one week later
It has been a week since my last blog post, adn I have to say that I am extremely impressed and pleased with the gains I have made using the AMS products. I have gained and held between 5-7 pounds in these past 3 weeks, and I am much fuller and dense all day long, even on off days. I have been moodier than normal, and I get hot-headed a lot quicker than usual, but I will trade that for good gains. my strength has shot through the roof as well. hopefully todays progress pics will do some justice, I haven’t taken many good ones lately.

It is obvious that u are putting on muscle. I know how hard it can be for someone as tall as u are. But u seem to have conquered that problem now. Ur latest pics show increased density. Keep posting and keep inspiring us.
